Delivery:
We endeavour to dispatch the order within 48 hours, and aim to have products delivered to you within 5 working days. 90% of our shipment will arrive to mainland UK addresses within 2-3 working days from the day you placed your confirmed order, and 7-14 days to international addresses.

However, due to factors beyond our control, item may be dispatched late or may arrive late. Please allow up to 21 days for delivery within UK, and 4-5 weeks for international delivery.

Online Payment Processing:
We do not handle online payment processing directly, instead PayPal is used to process online payments and we do not hold any of your financial details. PayPal is part of the eBay company and offers fraud protection for buyers and merchants. PayPal will debit your card/account instantly when you confirm your order, although this does not imply we have items in stock or can ship at the first instance.

Any delays in shipment will be notified, and cancellation will be accepted without question before product shipment.
